L’impianto viene inserito nella sinfisi mandibolare e consente l’alloggiamento e l’avvitamento di qualsiasi pietra preziosa. La metodica consente una stabilità delle pietre preziose senza alcuno stress per i tessuti molli. Le pietre preziose possono essere cambiate dall’utente con il semplice avvitamento e svitamento della pietra preziosa sull’impianto osteointegrato. L’intervento per inserire l’impianto endosseo viene effettuato ambulatorialmente e con anestesia locale nella zona di inserzione. Il decorso post operatorio è minimo. L’impianto viene fornito con una vite di guarigione in titanio che non puo’ essere svitata nei 3 mesi successi l’intervento. Ad osteointegrazione avvenuta la vite di guarigione puo’ essere svitata dall’utente stesso e sostituita con una pietra preziosa o pallina in acciaio inossidabile. Dr. Di Rollo Pierluigi presents an innovative way of using endosseous implants for aesthetic use. The implant is inserted into the mandibular symphysis and allows the housing and screwing of any precious stone. The method allows a stability of the precious stones without any stress for the soft tissues. The precious stones can be changed by the user by simply screwing and unscrewing the precious stone on the osseointegrated implant. The operation to insert the endosseous implant is carried out on an outpatient basis and with local anesthesia in the insertion area. The postoperative course is minimal. The implant is supplied with a titanium healing screw that cannot be unscrewed in the 3 months following the surgery.
